About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Product Engineering team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our AI innovation roadmap, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects that align with our overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale, high-visibility technology projects that contribute to the success of Thomson Reuters.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives, establish project governance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using advanced project management tools and techniques.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early on and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust course as needed to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met through regular reviews of project deliverables and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Assess and communicate project status, providing regular updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects, contributing to the development of a knowledge base for repeatable successes.
About You

You will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex AI technology projects, preferably in the legal industry.

You will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
