Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of direct employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Oversee warehouse and kitting activities, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
  • Verify warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecast and sales orders.
  • Manage direct and indirect purchases, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Monitor production line performance metrics, including First Pass Yield (FPY), Return to Yield (RTY), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Develop and implement Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure accurate supply needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP software.
