Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Applications Platform Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SAP platform services, including infrastructure, security, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Point of Contact for IT workstreams regarding Applications requirements
  • Coordinate and manage shared services on applications such as Job Scheduling, Platforms security services, monitoring, and consulting
  • Initiate and steer projects to further develop existing SAP platform services or create new services and the related operational processes
  • Manage external Application Hosting Service Provider
  • Ensure efficient SLA Monitoring, Budget Management and Continuous Improvement for the external Hosting Provider
  • Troubleshoot reported issues by IT Applications teams and involve the necessary IT teams
  • App registrations and certificates management
  • Implement, govern, coordinate, consult and run middleware platforms on MES or SAP systems
  • Expert Functions: In MII- MES infrastructure, SAP Landscape, & Job Monitoring Cloud Platforms
  • Consult and support customers and users based on their use cases
  • Continuously enhance Production Service Areas to enable new application technologies and Industry 4.0 processes
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines / standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering
  • Solid base on IT Infrastructure, including Networking and Servers management
  • Critical thinking, communication, and research skills
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience preferred
  • Experience in Manufacturing processes and interfaces with Enterprise systems
  • English speaking and writing skills
  • Vendor Management
  • IT Delivery and Support teams
  • Other global IT Workstream teams
  • External business partners as well as vendors
  • Business experts focus on production
