Job Title: Global Project Manager O2COverview

The Global Project Manager for Order to Cash (O2C) will lead the implementation of a new global capability. This role will coordinate project management activities, work closely with Change & Comms to deliver effective strategies, and partner with various teams to achieve best solutions.

This position requires specialized knowledge of the O2C/Sales Order Management capability and significant cross-functional capabilities to work with Finance, GP, SC, IT, R&D, HR, and horizontal S&T Eco-system teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a detailed project plan for the O2C capability, resulting in the stand-up of this new global capability for GBS.
  • Ensure delivery of the global business case ($22MM++) by designing, staffing, and transitioning sectors and functions to a new structure, unlocking cost and service benefits, improving service, revenue, and PEP+.
  • Lead and coordinate global design for 6 sectors, ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates cleared.
  • Partner with consultants on design, ensuring project deliverables and requirements are achieved according to the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • SUPPORT definition and implementation of global digital solutions in support of O2C zero-touch efforts.
  • Establish a transition plan and timeline in partnership with the Transition Offices for the appropriate hubs.
  • Work closely with TA and HR on hiring and interviewing.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications and ensure effective KC/KT/due diligence is achieved for all roles.
  • Lead weekly governance meetings and periodic Steering Council presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Resolve issues proactively and raise critical issues.
  • Monitor IT solution development and implementation.
  • Actively engage in Global Change and Comms plans related to the project.
  • Report out to senior leadership as needed, sharing critical KPIs and performance.
  • Establish SLAs/OLAs and ways of working for the new function and teams.
  • Identify gaps, risks, obstacles, and potential alternatives to solve and ensure the project stays on track.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically in project management and O2C.
  • English Fluency, both written and verbal, required; exceptional communication skills across global businesses (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies and Supply Chain excellence (Lean Six Sigma Belt/Agile/APICS).
