**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on national averages and industry standards in Mexico.

**Job Description:** As an HR Supervisor at Autoliv Mexico, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Human Resources department. You will collaborate with management teams to ensure strategic alignment of human resources goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and standardize team processes, developing and assessing operational health and output through metrics and reporting
  • Drive work to completion, leveraging cross-functional collaborative relationships to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development, or equivalent. You will also require five to ten years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions. In addition, you should have knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and excellent project and people management skills.
