**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at General Motors. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proficiency in vehicle/propulsion manufacturing and the elements of the GM Quality System/GMS BIQ
  • Ability to coach, teach, and audit elements of the GM Quality Manual and GMS BIQ principles and elements
  • Managerial courage to provide direct, honest, constructive feedback to plant staffs/executive leadership in a considerate and professional manner
  • Ability to travel to GMNA plants as required
  • Presentation of clear problem definition, technical mentorship on complex problems, and regular updates on progress to assembly plant and engineering staff
  • Support for the launch of new products in the plant when applicable
  • Management of quality teams to ensure defects do not leave the process

**Requirements:**

  • Ingíniera mecatrónica, industrial, manufactura, electrónica
  • Experiencia con proveedores
  • Certificación Red X
  • Inglés conversacional avanzado
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de calidad
  • Experiencia alrededor de 5 años
  • Deseable experiencia en industria automotriz
  • Horario laboral L-V 06:00-16:00 Hrs.
