This role is responsible for generating weekly production schedules, creating job orders, and reviewing capacity requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Generate weekly production schedules to maximize plant resources
2. Create job orders based on material and capacity
3. Review short and midterm capacity requirements
4. Analyze labor and material availability
5. Manage inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies
6. Interact with the factory floor to ensure production schedules are followed
7. Escalate identified risks and analyze data overviews

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
English language proficiency
Strong organizational and communication skills
