Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Merida. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization across various locations worldwide. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality candidates who meet the requirements of our business needs, ensuring that we have the right people in place to drive our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions;
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to final selection, including conducting interviews and assessments;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure that our recruitment strategies remain effective and competitive;
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with our business objectives;
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or sector;
  • Proven expertise in using social media and other digital tools to source and engage with candidates;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a good command of Spanish;
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

The estimated salary range is between $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
