This position is responsible for leading a team of test engineers in the development and implementation of testing strategies for new products, including design for test analysis and feedback.

About the Role

As a Senior Test Engineering Services Manager at Celestica Inc., you will be expected to direct activities to support all manufacturing operations equipment availability, preventative maintenance of equipment, scheduling of technician training, project planning and implementation, scheduling of equipment installation, purchasing of spare parts and supplies for area-related needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Process and Test Engineers who develop specialized tools to automate and ease test development.
  • Develop and execute test/process strategy for new products, including design for test/process (DFx) analysis and feedback.
  • Sustain customer test process efforts, including incorporation of engineering changes and identifying yield improvements.
  • Administer standard management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Five to seven years of relevant experience in test engineering or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
