Business Development Manager

Esko, a global leader in software solutions for the packaging and print industries, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Mexico.
As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Mexican market. Your primary objective will be to generate sales of software and hardware solutions that meet or exceed established targets.
This role requires a strong understanding of the graphic arts industry and Esko's products, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with existing clients to maintain and grow their business, while also identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to win new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transnational companies sector. They should possess a solid knowledge of Esko's Graphic SW and HW solutions and be proficient in English. Additionally, they should have experience managing sales budgets and have a Bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers
- Meet or exceed established sales targets
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the graphic arts industry
- Strong understanding of Esko's products and solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English
- Experience managing sales budgets and teams
- Bachelor's degree
