**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee daily operations at the Vehicle Processing Center
  • Lead continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve a safe and cost-efficient work environment
  • Meet performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of first-line supervisory and employee relations experience
  • Strong knowledge of SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management
  • Microsoft Office computer skills and database navigational skills
  • A 4-year degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience
  • A valid driver's license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
