The Senior Finance Manager RTR will be responsible for leading the Record-to-Report process rationalization, mapping, simplification, and harmonization at the enterprise level. This role will support the Finance Director and SAP & PMO Manager in designing and implementing RTR processes, ensuring governance and policy compliance. The Senior Finance Manager RTR is a finance and accounting transformation agent, responsible for controlling RTR initiatives and managing internal and external structures.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support the finance transformation program for R2R/PTF areas in collaboration with project leadership teams and stakeholders.
- Execute the Enterprise Foundation Design Decision in regional ERP implementation, working closely with business segment ERP construct and deploy.
- Participate in transformation based on future state end-to-end R2R processes design for global finance, addressing simplicity, standardization, and scalability.
- Support RTR Workstream GPO to set up finance processes at the enterprise level, valuating company finance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance, and identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Key role for ERP implementation, working closely with various teams and acting as implementation partners across finance functions (RTR/PTP/OTC) with RBC.
- Participate in system UAT testing during deployment and provide guidance to RTR project lead for various programs to align with Enterprise RTR strategy.
- Support Enterprise R2R GPO for all Finance systems implementation strategies, including architecture of processes, collection, and validation of global business requirements.
This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive change management plans and ensure new capabilities are deployed effectively and adopted by the organization.
