Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Package Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages, adhering to FedEx's high standards of service and quality.
  • Operations: Assist in the coordination of logistics operations, including loading and unloading packages, operating mechanized ramp equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all parties are informed of any issues or concerns.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the delivery process, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: One year of experience driving 3.5 ton trucks, with a good driving record and a valid license.
  • Skills: Ability to lift 70 lbs. and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment, good verbal and writing communication skills, human relations, and team player.
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
