Connectivity Optimization Specialist


At Hotelbeds Group, we're looking for a skilled Connectivity Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Commercial and Technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity between our systems and those of our suppliers. Your goal will be to optimize our connectivity solutions, ensuring that they're efficient, reliable, and meet the needs of our business.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Safeguard the accuracy of supplier accounts connected through SI by monitoring KPIs and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supplier relationships and optimize product growth.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop new projects, initiatives, and processes.

Requirements:



  • Strong understanding of commercial and technical systems.
  • Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in analytical roles and technical/system knowledge.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
