Drive Sales Growth in LATAM

This role at Aon offers a unique opportunity to lead sales growth in the LATAM region, focusing on multinational organizations in North America and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with foreign clients and teams, with a deep understanding of client management challenges and solutions. Strong communication skills and knowledge of finance and P&L management are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in LATAM
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational organizations in North America and Europe
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to develop tailored sales solutions
  • Lead sales pipeline development and management, ensuring timely conversion of leads to revenue
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced English language communication skills
  • Spanish proficiency (desired)
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonuses and benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
