Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in marketing and sales to drive revenue growth for American Airlines' international co-brand partnerships. As a Global Revenue Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies to acquire new co-brand credit card members and increase engagement of existing customers across multiple countries.

About the Job

In this role, you will research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, historical trends, and customer behavior to develop models that help identify opportunities to drive market share and revenue growth. You will also develop relationships with partner account managers and conduct performance analysis, including effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of co-brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze industry trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire new co-brand credit card members and increase engagement of existing customers
  • Collaborate with issuer, network, agency, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute acquisition and/or retention campaigns
  • Conduct performance analysis, including effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of co-brand marketing campaigns and initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3 years of sales, marketing, or project management experience
  • 2 years of relationship management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluently read, write, and speak in English
Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
