What You'll Do

The Global Manufacturing Optimization Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, production supervisors, quality control personnel, and supply chain managers, to optimize production processes, reduce costs, improve product quality, and enhance overall operational efficiency within a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product elements, including process design, to create and optimize manufacturing processes, considering factors such as workflow, material flow, equipment selection, and production layout.
  • Support rapid corrective action to address issues at the sites regarding the Mfg. build process, ensuring no GME gating issue impacts customers, MFG, schedules, or CSP/NW/GP eFAI approvals.
  • Support the NUDD/DFX review in time and follow the steps and schedules of the Dev process, working closely with effective solutions to issues during NPI phases.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards by implementing quality control processes and inspection methods.
