- Action and escalate invoice queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain good customer relations while ensuring customer accounts are within agreed credit terms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Credit Controller or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and experience with collection software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask on projects.
- Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
