Responsibilities

As a Demand Planner Analyst at Haleon, you will be responsible for managing and generating internal reports for the Demand team, as well as generating external reports for the Supply and Commercial teams. You will also be responsible for updating the Demand Forecast Tool (DFT) on a monthly basis, including updating the last cycle, current cycle, and forecast for SKU-level volume and value for the current month and value with input from sales.

Key Tasks

  • Manage and generate internal reports for the Demand team
  • Generate external reports for the Supply and Commercial teams
  • Update the Demand Forecast Tool (DFT) on a monthly basis
  • Manage the portfolio and update new and/or obsolete GMNs in reports generated and published in reports for Latina
  • Review and consolidate the sell-out/SIT for the previous month as input for the DFT
  • Build projections of sell-out at the channel level (for informed clients) in the SIT detail, including the projection in the report for Latina
  • Publish the Forecast Send to Value (STV) and Send to Supply (STS) in WD5 and WD10 in SAP APO, mapping FCST Constraint and FCST Unconstraint
  • Align the process of constraints for publishing the FCST Unconstraint
  • Advance factoring sell-in with input from SAP photo
  • For Pre-DRM meetings, assemble the consolidated DFT with all inputs from channels, applying constraints and allocations
  • Update the history in value (Finance) and volume (SAP) within the DFT
  • Request and consolidate new volumes from commercial teams in each cycle, to start with Volume Alignment meetings with each channel
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in supply chain, supply, demand, or customer service
  • Intermediate-level English
  • Experience with SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills, including database management and Power BI
