About the Role

Haleon is a global leader in consumer health, shaping the future of health through a unique combination of human understanding and reliable science. We're seeking a skilled Demand Planner Analyst to join our team, responsible for managing and generating internal reports for the Demand team, as well as external reports for the Supply and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and generate internal reports for the Demand team, including monthly updates to the Demand Forecast Tool (DFT).
  • Update the DFT with current cycle, last cycle, and forecast data at the SKU level, including volume and value.
  • Administer the portfolio and update new and obsolete GMNs in reports generated and published in Latina.
  • Review and consolidate sell-out data for the previous month as input for the DFT.
  • Build sell-out projections at the channel level for informed clients, including projections in the Latina report.
  • Publish forecast send to value (STV) and send to supply (STS) in WD5 and WD10 in SAP APO, mapping FCST Constraint and FCST Unconstraint.
  • Align the process of constraints for publishing FCST Unconstraint.
  • Advance sell-in factoring with input from SAP photo.
  • Prepare consolidated DFT for Pre DRM meetings, applying constraints and allocations.
  • Update historical data in value (Finance) and volume (SAP) within the DFT.
  • Solicit and consolidate new volumes from commercial teams for each cycle, enabling Volume Alignment meetings with each channel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in supply chain, supply, demand, or customer service.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • SAP management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including database management and Power BI.
