We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our team in Latin America. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Job Summary:
This role requires a strong understanding of technical products and excellent communication skills to develop collaborative relationships with customers and partners. The successful candidate will have experience in sales and business development, preferably in the telematics industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Latin America.
- Cross-Selling Initiatives: Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Geotab's solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of activity through the development of partners, contracts, and resellers.
- Technical Competence: Develop a deep knowledge base of LatAm's industry and maintain top-of-mind awareness of trends and shifts.
Requirements:
- 5-8 Years Experience: In sales, business development or a similar role, preferably in the telematics industry.
- Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, including comfort with delivering presentations and training.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to problem solve well-judged decisions.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a flat organization with ability to adapt to growing technology and market demands.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and resellers to ensure seamless project execution.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
