About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst III to join our team. As a key member of our Total Rewards function, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing our organization's compensation and benefits programs. This includes coordination of appropriate compensation and benefits surveys, analysis of market reference points, and development of job leveling models.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and make recommendations regarding LATAM market reference points
  • Analyze and develop the organization's compensation and benefits programs
  • Assist in the implementation of base pay, incentive programs, and benefits programs
  • Evaluate and recommend levelling of jobs
  • Support the creation of total rewards communications and training
  • Review proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labor market and internal equity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration, with 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits. You should also have knowledge of Fiscal & Labor Legal regulation, solid analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. South America and/or Costa Rica experience is preferred.

Location

This role is located in Sonora, Mexico, and requires the candidate to be based in Mexico and authorized to work in the country.
