Machine Build Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Build Engineer to join our team at Autoliv Mexico. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of new equipment and projects, as well as providing technical support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead new equipment launches and projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with design center to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Provide technical support to operations team, including equipment installation and maintenance
- Develop and maintain relationships with local equipment suppliers
- Support CFT meetings and review actions generated during events
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of APQP and TPM principles
- Experience with L2L software and PDM/PLM systems
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
