About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team at Worken. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, and supporting our purchasing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable process, including receipt, processing, and invoicing of suppliers.
- Support purchasing activities, including procurement and payment of general services.
- Manage electronic banking and payments to suppliers, taxes, and payroll.
- Follow up on accounting processes and provide monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Reconcile balance sheet and profit & loss accounts.
- Issue electronic invoicing on our company portal and ensure timely reconciliation of operations.
- Support compliance with internal and external control processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Tax Informatics, Administration, or Accounting.
- More than 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in international companies.
- Ability to analyze financial and accounting data.
- Advanced use of Excel spreadsheets and other data management tools.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Integrity, independence, and strong communication skills.
