We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Engineer to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring compliance with internal and corporate rules, and overseeing the conception, design, and manufacture of card bodies, personalization, and shipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with customer services and technical consultants to meet customer requirements for industrialization.
  • Coordinate resources to achieve project goals, ensuring compliance with quality and safety policies.
  • Provide technical support to customers on project-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Change Management Board process directives.
  • Communicate project planning and progress to stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Systems or Manufacturing Process-related field.
  • Master's degree in Project Management is desirable.
  • Previous experience in personalization centers is a plus.
  • Fluent Business English.
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in similar positions, with a minimum of 2 years in coordination or project management areas.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Application Architecture Concepts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
