We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Financial Contracts Reporting & Administration (FCRA) Deal Management department at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in summarizing and analyzing complex financial provisions from talent, financing, and distribution agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex financial provisions from talent, financing, and distribution agreements.
- Prepare accurate and detailed summaries of these provisions.
- Collaborate with business affairs, legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure profit participation reporting is in compliance with contractual intent and applicable laws.
- Monitor and track new deals, research contractual deal points, and conduct ad-hoc special projects and analyses.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years related work experience, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Previous experience with profit participations and complex financial agreements preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and analyze complex legal agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys and executives across multiple business units.
