Job Summary:

  • Data Processing and Document Management

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for processing data and documents efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data and Document Processing: Receive, classify, consolidate, and summarize documents and information, processing data in various systems/databases according to standard operating procedures.
  • Financial Document Management: Process invoices, expense statements, and other financial documents, maintaining accurate records and processed data.
  • Communication and Data Assembly: Occasionally contact customers, suppliers, or employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information, assembling relevant data and compiling reports as directed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform secretarial duties such as receiving visitors, opening mail, responding to routine requests, and producing routine emails/documents from specific instructions.

About the Role:

  • Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on location and experience.
  • Work Environment: This position requires an individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational goals.
