Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will participate in product development teams to ensure regulatory, quality, and safety standards are incorporated into product specifications and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and Business Units to create Quality and Manufacturing plans providing clear understanding of responsibilities and requirements for Jabil services provided.
  • Develop risk assessments with design and process engineers.
  • SUPPORT sales presentations, contract reviews, and quoting.
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance aspects of product launch.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to continuously improve engineering services and regulatory compliance of manufactured devices.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and customers on GMP and QSR compliance.
  • SUPPORT internal, external, and regulatory audits.
  • Help define and develop regulatory, quality, and safety training for the plant.

Requirements

  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISO 9001:2015 certification.
  • Experience with product regulations and internal/external audits.
  • Knowledge of administration of corrective actions and calibration.
  • Familiarity with document control procedures.
