About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Service Designer to join our team at Ecovadis. As a UX Service Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design intuitive digital experiences that meet customer needs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.
- Design and develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Work closely with product engineering colleagues to develop user stories and solution designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and design trends to continuously improve our digital products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, Mural, Miro, LucidChart, Figma, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
