">The Senior Manager of Solution Consulting leads a virtual team of Solution Consultants, focusing on strategic planning and revenue growth for the sub-regional sales organization. - Collaborate with sub-regional sales leadership to shape and refine strategic plans.">
- Work closely with Account Teams to drive revenue growth (GAP) for the region.">
- Drive the adoption and execution of SMART methodology.">
- Develop educational programs, certifications, and professional growth opportunities for team members.">
- Prioritize and manage team resources to meet escalating demands.">

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree.">
- 7-10+ years of experience in pre-sales roles.">
- 5+ years of management/team lead experience.">
- Proven track record in working with enterprise application software solutions in pre-sales roles.">
- Contact Center/CX experience preferred.">
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.">
- Strong presentation and communication skills.">
- Effective conflict resolution and team building skills.">
- Previous experience hiring and building pre-sales teams is an asset.">
- Ability to manage professionals through coaching, mentoring, and skill development.">
- Capacity to set clear objectives and direction for teams.">
- Must be a team player with strong Leadership skills.">
- Willingness to travel.">
- Knowledge of Genesys solutions highly valued.">
