**Job Summary**:

Elettric80 is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment from customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Issue credit and debit notes as necessary
• Collect payments from customers and reconcile accounts
• Issue payment receipts and upload invoices to customer platforms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client master records
• Analyze general ledger accounts and prepare internal reports
• Perform necessary journal entries and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Process employee expense reports and other accounting activities as needed

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
