- Procurement Planning: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project procurement plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Commercial Evaluation: Conduct commercial evaluations and present findings to stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Participate in negotiations with vendors and clients, ensuring fair and competitive pricing.
- RFx Process: Manage the RFx process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings.
- Change Orders: Draft and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement new contract process controls.
- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate reports for the project team, stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration and supply chain activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or procurement.
- Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Language: Fluency in English and Spanish.
