About the Role:

Charger Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our HR Department based out of our Juriquilla office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying training and development needs within the organization, designing and managing training programs, and delivering system training to existing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job analysis and appraisal schemes to identify training needs within the organization.
  • Design, expand, and manage training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and individual employees.
  • Deliver system training to existing staff, both one-on-one and group sessions.
  • Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees.
  • Conduct first month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required.
  • Evaluate training and development programs, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement, and performance.
  • Support the Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required, including systems implementations, process improvement, and data cleansing.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in a Training and Development role will be an asset.
  • Proficiency in training systems, fast learner, and experience providing training to employees.
  • Confidential nature capable and experienced in delivering training on systems.
  • Strong degree of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • High attention to detail.
  • English is a must.
