About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding and Training Manager to join our team at FCM in Mexico City.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans to support our business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in training management
  • Intimate knowledge of policies, procedures, and global practices
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of SABRE/AMADEUS
  • Proven successful performance in training or advisory roles in a large organization
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
