Key responsibilities include onboarding new hires, identifying training needs, and developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement training initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in training management
- Intimate knowledge of policies, procedures, and global practices
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of SABRE/AMADEUS
- Proven successful performance in training or advisory roles in a large organization
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
