The Role

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team at Fulcrum Digital. In fintech payment web services, API testing, and automation, you will primarily be responsible for all aspects of API, stress, and load testing of our web services. In addition, you will work with the QA Manager to expand the testing framework and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for API and load testing
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test tools for API and load testing
  • Collaborate with the QA Manager to expand the testing framework and tools
  • Work closely with the Engineering team during all aspects of the development process
  • Investigate, debug, and triage difficult problems in automation

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in scripting and programming languages, including Java and JavaScript
  • Experience with DB-related languages, such as SQL and MySQL
  • Automation experience with load testing methodologies for APIs based web services
  • Experience with Continuous Integration systems and codebase management with Git
  • Able to deliver solid work on tight schedules
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with front-end manual testing and front-end automation testing with Selenium
  • 3 years or more of experience in automation testing
