Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fraud Prevention Manager to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive fraud prevention program to minimize financial losses and protect our users' data.
  • Lead a team of analysts to identify and investigate suspicious transactions and activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and improve our risk management capabilities.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models to prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention and risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or other programming languages well-suited for mass data processing.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and manipulation.
  • Experience with SQL and data management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • One year of team management experience.
