About the Role
The PCO Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management and review of Kerry PCO activities. This role is part of the central Integrated Operations Finance team and requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of 4 PCO staff and approximately 11 plant's transactional data.
The Team Lead will work closely with plant business partners to ensure that ledgers show a true and fair view of KPI data. This includes preparing and issuing monthly timetables, reviewing service level agreements, and managing job rotation for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue monthly timetables
- Ensure business partners sign off on plant accounts prior to full absorption
- Review service level agreements monthly and issue monthly KPIs on performance
- Day-to-day management of the PCO team, including performing PCO tasks for 1-2 sites
- Manage job rotation for the team
- Ad-hoc business requirements throughout the year
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in finance, minimum of 3 years
- Language skills to support plants within the team and fluency in English
- SAP proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Strong people management skills
- Analytical and review skills
- Ability to escalate and challenge information
