Job Description:

Nutreco is a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions and animal nutrition, revolutionizing aquaculture and livestock health through sustainable practices.

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Supervisor to join our team in St. Mary's, ON.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves leading a fast-paced customer support environment, fostering exceptional customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating team management and support: Creating well-organized team schedules, utilizing KPIs to track performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Providing leadership and people development: Inspiring and challenging your team to exceed expectations, achieving individual and organizational goals, and elevating the overall customer experience.
  • Driving continuous improvement and digital innovation: Championing the development and implementation of CI initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes, and ensuring SOPs are up-to-date and consistently followed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience within a customer support environment, preferably in agriculture or animal nutrition.
  • Strong experience in fostering team development, building high-performing teams, and promoting a culture of innovation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization; ability to analyze data and KPIs to drive ongoing improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
