**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with the Operations Service Department to enhance data analysis, reporting, and presentation.

• Develop and maintain decision support tools to increase productivity across the organization.

• Connect data sources, including MFGPRO, ORACLE, and MS Office, and other systems such as UBISENSE, Thinkworkx, and AI.

• Work closely with CI to drive improvement in manufacturing operations, including the Operations Services team.

• Monitor project portfolio performance within business units or functional areas.

• Drive continuous improvement using the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).

**Reporting and Data Management:**

• Migrate current reporting processes from Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to Power BI.

• Develop data collection processes and data management systems.

• Standardize and refine current dashboards and Power Apps.

• Maintain and support current systems, apps, or dashboards with high utilization culture.

• Upgrade CI SharePoint with the latest information from the plant on a monthly basis.

**Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing:**

• Champion Best Practices exchange activities for digital solutions.

• Monitor and distribute improvements generated by manufacturing experts to regional manufacturing sites.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing operations experience.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience working with Power BI & Apps.

• Good knowledge in Share Point and Power Automate.

**Skills:**

• SQL Server (for connection with PowerApps).

• Knowledge of developments using Power Platform or Dynamics 365.

• Knowledge of cloud databases: SQL Azure, SQL Data Warehouse.

• Proven experience in data analysis and database management.

• Manufacturing knowledge of equipment and process skills.

• ERP Knowledge (preferable MFGPRO, Oracle).

• Financial skills and business acumen.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Advanced degree in engineering or business management from an accredited institution.

• Trainings or Certifications in Microsoft Azure.

• Trainings or Certifications in MS teams, Office 365, Share Point, etc.

• Training or certifications on databases.

• Autocad.

• Previous lean manufacturing experience, CI basic tools knowledge.

• Experience and exposure to numerous manufacturing operations.

• Strong business understanding of financial statements and impacts on P&L.

• Strong presentation and communication skills and experiences with global cultures.

• Ability to think both tactically as well as strategically.
