Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication
    • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and development teams to ensure clear communication and expectations.
    • Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years in a Product Owner role.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Solid experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience
    • Experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) or product-driven environment.
  • Skills
    • Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
    • Experience with enterprise-level clients or working within large organizations.
