Job DescriptionAs a Global Trade Compliance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the import and export compliance needs of clients are met.
This includes classifying items according to Harmonized Tariff Schedule, researching import and export requirements, coordinating timely shipment clearance, and auditing entries.
You will work closely with a team of experts to provide regulatory interpretation and guidance on complex trade issues.
Your duties will include:
- Managing client customs brokers to ensure compliant and efficient entry of goods.
- Establishing and monitoring service providers' performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Providing regulatory interpretation and guidance on anti-boycott/Restrictive Trade Practices, export control classification, export licensing, and other trade-related areas.
- Evaluating current processes and recommending improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international business or logistics.
