Your New Role... The DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL CONSOLIDATION AND REPORTING & ANALYSIS will play a pivotal role in ensuring precise and timely forecasting, reporting, and analysis for our organization. Collaborating closely with finance teams, you will gather essential inputs and gain insights into key drivers affecting our financial performance.This position is integral to the leadership team within the Finance department, partnering with senior executives to oversee resources and ensure effective financial management.
Key responsibilities include establishing a comprehensive, standardized global P&L reporting system, forecasting revenues and expenses, managing royalty and franchise reporting, and continuously optimizing our financial planning and reporting processes.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Act as a strategic partner to the Finance leadership team, delivering accurate reporting, data, and insights. Oversee all FP&A processes, guiding timelines, growth objectives, revenue and expense forecasts, and executive presentations. Identify opportunities for improvement in financial planning and reporting processes, utilizing BI tools and tracking operational KPIs. Build and lead the FP&A team dedicated to supporting financial operations. Ensure timely and accurate royalty reporting for business segments. Facilitate licensee audits as necessary. Develop standardized and automated Franchise P&L reporting systems. Enhance analytical capabilities within the team, supporting various business analyses and performance evaluations. Foster strong relationships with business partner FP&A teams to enhance information flow and knowledge sharing. Contribute to the development of systems and processes that promote efficient forecasting and analysis. Lead initiatives aimed at simplifying processes and sharing best practices across teams. Participate in discussions with finance partners to understand forecast drivers and present analysis data.Qualifications & Experience...
Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning, or Management Consulting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques, with demonstrated experience in financial modeling. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate findings and propose solutions. Proven ability to build trust and confidence with team members and external partners. Experience managing high volumes of data under tight deadlines. A passion for working in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.Preferred Qualifications...
A solid understanding of the entertainment industry is preferred. Strong accounting knowledge is advantageous. Experience in people management for at least 2 years is preferred. Familiarity with Essbase, SAP, and Tableau is a plus.Our Values...
