Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for determining carrier ETA's for pickup and delivery, flagging any potentially late arrivals to carrier and customer sales reps, and resolving and troubleshooting issues arising during the life cycle of a shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine carrier ETA's for pickup and delivery
  • Flag any potentially late arrivals to carrier and customer sales reps
  • Enter valuable information into the system according to standard operating procedures
  • Resolve and troubleshoot issues arising during the life cycle of a shipment
  • Analyze customer inquiries, make informed decisions, and provide quality and timely updates to the customer(s) as needed
