- A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a high-paced environment.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing agile projects.
- Knowledge of Financial Technology and the software development lifecycle.
- Education Qualification: A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
