Job Description:

Ew Nutrition De Mexico S.A De C.V. seeks an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with current and prospective Mexican accounts.

About the Role:

  • Set a National Strategy to select and develop Key Accounts in MX, understanding customer needs, addressing their concerns, adding value and providing solutions.
  • Builds strong relationships with key customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Develops and implement Strategic Account plans throughout Mexico to foster account growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as technical, marketing, finance, product development, to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Is an agent of change and open to continuous learning.
  • Is comfortable in taking decisions and is accountable for success and mistakes in the process.
  • Counts with a solid people network within key opinion leaders and renowned industry players.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

About You:

  • Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion to generate value at customer level and sustainable growth.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in veterinary school, nutrition, or related animal health science-based field. A master's degree will be a differential.
  • Proven sales experience and key account management roles. Minimum experience in sales 5 years.
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding. Solid people network in the Avian and Swine markets.
  • Availability to travel to meet customers on a regular basis. Time in the field estimated 2 to 3 weeks per month.
  • Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates.
  • Language: English and Spanish required.

Compensation:

A competitive salary of $30,000.00 per month, plus additional benefits including automobile, medical insurance, life insurance, phone, and meal vouchers.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, indefinite contract. Working hours are 8 hours a day, on the road.
