- Reporting: Complete and submit compliance reports within established guidelines.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office support, equipment inventory, data management, and file storage.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage assets, supplies, and inventory.
- Business Correspondence: Prepare and send business communications using MS Office.
- File Management: Organize and maintain various types of company files.
- General Office Support: Provide comprehensive office support as needed.
- Language Proficiency: Strong reading and writing skills in English; verbal communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Technical Aptitude: Willingness and ability to learn regulatory and equipment procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strict attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel (formulas, report editing, and development).
$1,500 - $2,500 per month.
