Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of orders with Graphics between various departments, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Work closely with Global Order Management teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Communicate production status, delays, and issues to relevant stakeholders, including Global Order Management teams and Global Graphic operations.
  • Identify bottlenecks or potential delays in the production process and propose solutions to improve efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, and communicate back to relevant teams.
  • Monitor production schedules as necessary to meet changing demands and prioritize urgent orders on request.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Graphic/production processes and procedures to optimize customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the quality and integrity of production & Graphic processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination between different Global departments.
  • Proficient in systems for planning, management, and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues and make timely decisions to meet production/TAT deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of National Pen manufacturing processes and procedures, including production and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
