Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project deliverables in partnership with stakeholders, including but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally across multiple markets and stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills leading complex and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive consensus amongst stakeholders with varying priorities.
  • Ability to maintain strong business relationships and to influence key business partners towards strategic goals.
  • Expert knowledge of P&L including ROI, and financial modeling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.

Education and Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Program Management, or similar.
  • Strong Project Management and leadership skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to comfortably and competently engage with all levels of the organization, including C-suite.
  • Cross-functional experience, ideally within product creation and the GTM process.
  • Curious mindset and ability to work across multiple teams.
