Nissan Motor Iberica Sa is seeking a highly skilled Data Steward - Customer Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data governance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data quality rules to ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Governance team to ensure governance compliance within the Nissan Customer Data domain.
  • Lead compliance process for customer data access and ensure stakeholder requests are triaged, processed, and closed appropriately.
  • Establish and implement data curation practices to ensure the life span of data continues to follow guidelines and protocols in place.
  • Support data merge process within the Master Data Management (MDM) tool.
  • Work with enterprise data stewards and other domain data stewards to establish synergies, standardization, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of information technologies, standards, and best practices prevalent in data governance, data quality, and data privacy.
  • Familiarity with data management principles and practices.
  • Experience creating and documenting policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical support teams to resolve data issues.
  • Experience working in a data steward role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Advanced English language skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data quality and data governance tools in a cloud-based environment.
  • Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst Tool, Informatica Axon, Informatica EDC, Ataccama MDM, Snowflake, and SQL.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel may be required.
