Job Description
The Electrical Project Coordinator will oversee the organization, planning, and control of resources to meet customer specifications and estimated development. This role will also involve the administration of planned hours with employees from various engineering areas, including Hardware/Software Engineering, Pneumatics, Manufacturing, and Electrical Assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure financial delivery of assigned projects with strict adherence to project definitions, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage and update processes for project development, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and quality requirements.
- Lead human teams, maintaining stability and productivity, and applying leadership, management, and development skills.
- Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach, collaborating with teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage and verify necessary personnel to achieve project development, including internal and supplier personnel.
- Ensure commitment, sense of belonging, and motivation among team members, applying leadership and management skills.
- Develop and improve the Electrical Project Coordination process, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- Specializations in Automotive, Electronics, Manufacturing, and Systems (IT/IS) such as MS Office, MS Project, Kuka, Fanuc, ABB Technologies.
- Leadership, Communication, Decision Making, Change Management, and Resilience skills.
- Availability to travel constantly according to project requirements.
Additional Information
This position requires candidates who are legally authorized to work and reside in Puebla, Mexico. We also consider candidates who reside within the Mexican territory and are willing to relocate to Puebla.
